fix: 수주관리 납기일 DATE 형식 저장 및 설정 패널 오류 수정

- 프론트엔드: EditModal 날짜 정규화 함수 추가 (YYYY-MM-DD)
- 백엔드: convertValueForPostgreSQL에서 DATE 타입 문자열 유지
- 백엔드: 날짜 변환 로직에서 YYYY-MM-DD 문자열 변환 제거
- 프론트엔드: ModalRepeaterTableConfigPanel prop 이름 통일 (onChange)
- OrderItemRepeaterTable 필드명 수정 (delivery_date → item_due_date)
