fix: 테이블 컬럼 설정 개선

- 체크박스 컬럼 위치 보존 (드래그 순서 변경 시 맨 오른쪽으로 이동하는 문제 해결)
- 사용자별 컬럼 설정 localStorage 저장 및 불러오기 기능 추가
