da3768b7c3 refactor: FileUploadComponent에서 이전 파일 로드 스킵 로직 제거 
- FileUploadComponent에서 등록 모드 시 이전 파일 로드를 스킵하는 로직을 제거하여, 불필요한 조건문을 간소화했습니다.
- 이 변경은 연속 등록 시 이전 저장의 이미지 값이 남아있어 다시 로드되는 것을 방지하기 위한 개선의 일환입니다.
